. 15% zniżki dla rezerwacji dokonanych na dwa lub więcej następujących po sobie tygodni.
Payment
-At booking time the client will provide as confirmation a down payment of 30% of total rental amount. In case of cancellation 30 days or more before arrival this amount will be refunded.
-At the arrival the client will pay cash:
. the remaining 70% of total rental amount.
. the damage deposit of € 100.00 which will be returned at the end of the stay and after checking the property
Cleaning. At the end of the stay, the client must leave the house tidy and clean. If he will make a decision to pay a supplement of €30.00 for the final cleaning, he must, in any case, leave the house tidy.
Check-in between 04.00 and 07.00 p. m.. If the client is to arrive later, the owner. has to be informed. If it would be any connection problem with his home phone, please, dial the mobile phone number +39/335-357548 .
