"Il Palazzetto" is a renovated farmhouse in 2004 in a functional and environmentally friendly residence, accessible along 8 km of unpaved road, surrounded by woods and green pastures, away little more than 15 minutes from Gubbio.
The house offers a chance to find hospitality in one of the five independent apartments: one four rooms,one three rooms, two two-bedrooms apartments and one studio for a total of 15 +4 beds. It is a comfortable holiday solution for combining outdoors relaxation and sports with the historical-artistic and gastronomic Umbria. Each apartment has a kitchen or kitchenette.
Outside the house, on the north side, beautiful landscapes are wide open, with the river valley and Chiascio overlooking the Park of Monte Cucco, which call for excursions by one of the most prestigious and spectacular of the Umbria-Marche, followed by those where the rhythms of human nature that surrounds it.
Those, who prefer to stay at home, can relax in the outdoor pool, while children have access to a playground.
